What can I enquire about sending?

Marketplace purchases, securely packed parcels and everyday items. Include the dimensions, approximate weight and a photo or listing link so John can check whether the item is suitable. Large, fragile or awkward items need to be discussed before you commit to collection.

Which areas can I request a delivery for?

John is based in the Riverina, NSW. Send the collection and delivery suburbs or postcodes to check your route. Availability and any travel costs are confirmed for each enquiry; there is no automatic promise of coverage.

Can you collect from a marketplace seller?

You can enquire about collection from a private seller. Agree the purchase with the seller first and check when they are available. A collection only goes ahead after the item, access and timing have been confirmed.
